These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the website design and development services provided by Louiss Web Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide website design, development, and related services as described in the quote or proposal agreed with each client. The exact scope, deliverables, and price are confirmed before work begins.

2. Quotes & Payment

Prices are provided as quotes and may vary based on project scope. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due before final delivery or launch. Prices are stated in Moroccan Dirham (DH).

3. Project Timeline

We share an estimated delivery timeline before starting. Timelines depend on timely feedback, content, and approvals from the client. Delays in providing materials may extend the delivery date.

4. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in your package or quote. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be subject to extra fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website is transferred to the client. We may display the completed project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting and ongoing maintenance may be included or offered separately, as specified in your package. Maintenance plans cover updates and support as described at the time of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

We deliver our services with care, but we do not guarantee specific business results such as a precise number of clients or sales. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of a delivered website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will be subject to the competent Moroccan courts.
